No, we can develop only what you
need such as your PCB, your FPGA, your software or a circuit section. It is
entirely up to you to specify how we can best assist you.

Who owns the intellectual property?
The IP always belongs to the
customer. We transfer all
engineering drawings to the customer at the various project stages and at the
project completion.

Does Sysacom sign NDAs (non-disclosure agreements)?
Yes, we routinely sign NDAs to
safeguard the customer’s IP. All
Sysacom employees are bound by NDAs with Sysacom.

Can you provide firm quotes?
Yes, in some case we provide
firm quotes. This requires that the project be well defined and fully and
properly documented.

Can you provide volume production of products?
We do not have our own
manufacturing facility. For volume
production, we use local EMS and manage the production process to ensure that
product quality is maintained.

Is it possible to have Sysacom staff on our site for a
limited period of time?
Yes, this is often done when a
project requires much daily interaction with the customer’s employees.

Do you develop Test Jigs?
Yes we do, but it is not a
particular speciality. This type of project is a good fit for Sysacom when the
test system has to be designed from electronics components in order to avoid the
need for complex test equipment.

Do you deliver database and source files to customers?
Yes, we deliver PCB and
schematic database and software source files to customer.

Does Sysacom upgrade existing products?
Yes, in many projects we start
from the existing design that may have been in production for months or even
years. We improve the product performances, substitute electronic components
where appropriate, and analyse and modify the circuit so as to improve the
manufacturing yield.

How long has Sysacom been operating?
Sysacom was created in 1995. In
2003 Sysacom acquired “Circuits imprimés GALIN” to add printed circuit
board design to our services. We are constantly growing our business and now
have 15 employees. Sysacom has many satisfied customers with some of them
working with us for more than ten years.

Do you provide references from existing customers?
This can be arranged where
customers are willing to give permission. In
some cases, customers may refuse given that some projects are very confidential.

Can we see examples of products designed by Sysacom?
Generally we cannot disclose
products designed for our customers. Some
examples of products designed by Sysacom are sold by our Alesco Technologies and
Addict Technologies Divisions.
