Electrical engineer - Graduated from École Polytechnique de Montréal in 1985.

| After graduating, Denis worked for two years at Positron Industries in electronic design related to telecommunications and “9-1-1” systems. Starting in 1987, Denis worked for eight years at Canadian Marconi Company (now CMC Electronics and Ultra Electronics Tactical Communication systems) designing military equipments. In 1995, Denis founds Sysacom a company devoted to the development of electronic systems. |

Steve Hins
Vice President Operations
Electronic technician Graduated from Teccart Institute in 1995. Steve also completed a telecommunications certificate at École de Technologie Supérieure in
2001 and an administration certificate at l'UQAM in 2007.

| After his studies, Steve worked one year at Electroline in electronic equipment testing. He joined Sysacom in 1995. Steve started building and testing electronic circuit prototypes and developing testing software. Since then, Steve evolved into embedded software, GUI application developer and now Steve is our operations vice president. |

Mathieu Fortin, engineer
Director, R&D
Electrical engineer - Graduated from École Polytechnique de Montréal in 1998.

| Immediately after graduating, Mathieu joined Sysacom as a hardware and software integrator. Mathieu has developed embedded software, DSP software and electronic circuits. Now, Mathieu is mostly focused on electronic circuit design using DSP, microcontroller and FPGA, as well as analog interface circuits. |
