Sysacom customers benefit from our extensive expertise in
electronic product design and manufacture. Our approach is to develop solutions,
to improve existing products, and to increase the manufacturing yield so as to
raise our customers’ revenues and margins. We work with our customers from
concept to pre-production and then through all the product life cycle.
All projects are kept confidential under non-disclosure
agreements with our customers. All Sysacom employees are bound by an agreement
with Sysacom covering the projects confidentiality and non-disclosure.
We handle projects in either of two ways: Turnkey mode or
Time and Materials. Projects can be
done at Sysacom or at the customer site.
Turnkey mode:
We can
undertake the complete product development from the concept through to
pre-production. Our team of
hardware and software design engineers, PCB designers and technicians are
available to take your concept right through to pre-production.
Time and materials:
We
can be involved as needed to develop PCBs according to your schematic, FPGAs
according to your specification or software to run on your custom platform.
Temporary staffing:
We
can reinforce your design team so as to streamline your product design schedule.
We will provide specialized personnel on your site during specific
project phases such as designing PCB, FPGA, software or other electronics
circuits.
Our typical customers are OEM manufacturers with products
produced in quantities from hundreds to many thousands. Sysacom develops
products for customers and provides a limited number of preproduction units. We
then support the production setup and introduction in the manufacturing chain of
an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS). Later on during the product life cycle we provide ongoing
support to customers’ EMS by such functions as part substitution, product
improvement, ASIC conversion, software adjustment to new protocol, etc.
